I am trying to decide whether to use an aux switch or another smart switch (blue 2-1 dimmer) paired with a blue mmWave switch in a 3-way. The aux switch would be cheaper and faster with the blue 2-1s on back order, especially since there are a number of 3-ways like this. However, the docs say that the mmWave switch will need to be reconfigured after power failure to work with the aux switch. And I don’t want to have to do that. But, I don’t have to do that with any of my other existing Inovelli switches (most are the previous gen red series dimmers). Has something changed with the mmWave switches in this regard? Or could it be that my hubitat hub auto reconfigures my switches now which is why I don’t have to do this (and why I wouldn’t have to do it for the mmWave switch either)?
@lnjustin I did a review of the manual for the VZM32-SN and do not see reference to reconfiguring after a power loss, can you post a screen shot of what you are seeing?

That refers to the FIRST time you configure the switch. You need to configure the switch as a 3-way w/Aux, as that’s probably not the default. But that the setting will stick through power cycles.
