I just installed a few Blue Series On/Off Switches, they’re running latest production firmware.
On some of them, the LED bar turns off after the first power cycle (paddle ON, paddle OFF), then never comes back on unless I pull the air-gap. Then it stays on until the next paddle power cycle. AFAIK, I haven’t changed their settings in SmartThings, and haven’t changed anything that would perma-disable the LED. I’ve tried factory reset, etc. but nothing fixes it at all except for air-gapping it, and that’s not a permanent solution.
