I’ll have to test my neutrals on Monday. That’s my one concern is they aren’t from the same circuit. The 4 gang box is the same downstairs box in the first one you helped me with. There are two circuits that run to that box. The two switches that control the stairs are not tied to the neutral bundle at all.

The live wire that comes into the 4 gang box goes to 2 other light switches on the same circuit. This switch has its own wire from that same bundle.

I don’t get any power from any of the other wires. The black wire seems to be the only live power for this switch.

I guess my confusion is what would I use for a load wire in the 4 gang box if I’m converting what I believe to be my load wire to a neutral wire? Blue/red wire

As I mentioned in the previous post… your Load wire is already connected to the black wire (in the 3 wire cable; black, red, white) going to the other box, that connection is just stuffed into the back of the box somewhere. You would have to dig it out and connect the Load directly to the switch instead of the black wire, freeing up the white wire to carry a neutral.

EDIT: I am referring to the 4 gang box where you have the main dimmer installed.
