Bulb Compatibility Form Missing Option

I was looking to report another light bulb in the Bulb Compatibility Form, however, there is no option to select a ST64 bulb. Can option(s) be added to support reporting of the bulbs from this Amazon listing?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’m working on an app right now that will organize the data a bit better and provide a solid UI. It ties directly to the MS Form.

So, I’ll add in this option when I update the form :slight_smile:
