Buzzing sound from White series dimmer

I just purchased two White dimmers as I needed them for a non-neutral setup. I installed the first one with a Nano Bypass and everything seems to work but there is a Buzzing sound coming from the switch. I’m worried about opening the other switch to test out as it will be installed on the same model LED light. I’m thinking if it’s unopened I can at least return it.

I did talk with Support but as soon as they saw it (the light) wasn’t a “support light” on their page they weren’t able to help any more.

Has anyone else run into this?

Sometimes the non-mainstream brands can be problematic. Did you try Trailing Edge (or vice versa)?

I don’t think the compatible bulbs page is really up to date, but the bottom line is that not every LED is going to work with every smart switch.

Yes I did try changing that setting based on another post I found with no change to the buzzing.

I totally get it. It would just be nice if there were some cheaper options / more up to date compatible list. Most flat round lights in that size start at about $60. It started with two switches, then two Bypasses and now maybe looking at two new light fixtures :slight_smile:

Do you happen to know if there is community kept list?

I am not aware of a Community-kept list. The list I was referring to that I don’t think it is up to date was based on community submissions but maintained by Inovelli.
