Default node configuration options?

I’m installing dozens of LZW31-SN dimmer switches. For each one I set the ramp rate to 0 and the dimmer speed to 2. So far in Home Assistant I can do this just fine from the z-wave config page but I’d love for each of these devices to be told the right configuration option automatically.

Any ideas on how to script this?

This is the closest thing I have found. I have been looking for a more elegent solution though and will let you know if I find anything but would love to hear what you end up using.
