I’m having trouble with my Inovelli Blue - mmwave dimmer. After wiring and turning the power on, the mmwave dimmer defaults to non-neutral mode and cannot control the light fixture even though the a neutral wire is connected to the switch. Local protection is disabled, as well as smart bulb mode.
To test the wiring, I changed the mmwave dimmer to an Inovelli Blue On/Off and it worked perfectly fine with the neutral wire.
Any ideas?
