i haven’t even received my first switch and am very disappointed with this company. Details matter with a startup. The website says shipping now for several products. When ordering it gives reasonable estimated delivery dates. But come to find out, these products are in preorder and are not in stock. I had two orders for over three weeks before I cancelled them and replaced with another vendor. I tried chatting with the AI assistant, but it is full of bad information. I read that this company has been in business for 7 years. It hard to imaging why or how they will succeed into the future with such poor attention to detail. Then I read the incompatibility of the switches with some light bulbs and a fix was in the works for years with sparse status updates - a fix is coming soon, but a year later no update.
What is the deal with this company? Other startups seem to be getting it right (zooz). I want to like and support the innovation but integrity and details matter. Perhaps innovelli should sell to another company that is a better operator and the founder can continue in R&D.
