Hello, my Blue Humidity Sensing Switch is reporting incorrectly “Summation Delivered” for energy monitoring in Home Assistant. I saw on somewhere that resetting the switches works, but I have tried numerous times and I’m not getting anywhere.
I have factory reset and reconfigured using ZHA. It seems to solve the issue for a day or two then the summation delivered statistic just goes flying up.
Is there something I can do or do I just need to wait for new firmware?
I’m seeing the same thing. One of my switches seems to work fine, the other has a slowly increasing value with no load. Both have the most recent firmware, 0x01100102. Can’t say whether the firmware is causing this, as I just got them and updated shortly after powering them up for the first time. Haven’t yet tried factory resetting, will try in the morning.
Air gap and factory reset have not fixed it, it increases by 0.01 kWh about every 40 seconds, suggesting a current of about 7.5 amps. But the switch is off, no load at all, and the load attached to it when on only pulls about 0.5 amps.
