After installing my red series dimmer successfully and using it for a week or so I ran into a weird situation last night. The dimmer controls pendant lights in my kitchen. The switch was turned off. When I turned on my garbage disposal the switch came on and the switch became unresponsive with a fast red flash.
I airgapped the switch for an hour. After resetting, it continues to flash red. I held down the config button but nothing ever responded. The switch is completely unresponsive and the light is powered on.
What would cause this? Any suggestions?
