How to disable local control on Red Series 2-1 switch

I can’t find parameter in the settings for Red 2-1 to disable local control (in Blue 2-1 settings it’s called LocalProtection) Does it exist?

It’s under Protection V2

Running Home assistant, VZW31-SN, ZWAVE-JS

Firmware: 1.0.2

Changing local protection drop down does not lockout the paddle. seems to be conversations online relating to this issue.
