How to enable Auto-off timer on White Series On/Off switch (VTM30-SN_

Hi Inovelli Community,

I have a White Series On/Off switch controlling a bathroom Fan which is integrated with Apple Home. I’d like to enable an Auto Off Timer which turns the fan off after some amount of time (say 20mins). I’d like the Auto-Off timer to work both when a local user turns the fan on using the physical switch and when automation triggers the switch (i.e based on humidity). I’m trying to understand how to enable the Advanced Timer / Auto-off functionality, but struggling to understand how to enable it and how to use it once enabled. At a surface level, the described use of the LED bar for showing a visual countdown for a timed off seems great.

I don’t seem to find any documentation that suggests this feature can be enabled through button presses on the switch, and Apple Home does not seem to expose configuration options. Reading the configuration option documentation suggests this feature is configurable through Endpoint 29. I’ve made an attempt to use the Matter Utilities IOS app to connect to, and configure the switch, but have so far been unsuccessful. I can see Endpoint 29 for the switch when connected to the App, but I seem to be getting an error when I try to enable the feature, possibly dues to unfamiliarity with the Matter Utilities app.

Has anyone successfully used the White Series On/Off switch Auto-Off timer capability in an Apple Home setup and if so how did you set it up? Does the community have pointers on using the Matter Utilities App for Inovelli Switch configuration?
