Hubitat zigbee network rebuild "broke" my blue VZM31-SN pairings

I have several Inovelli blue 2-in-1 switches connected to my hubitat c-8 hub and they’ve been working flawlessly for years. However, some of my other zigbee devices recently became less reliable and I decided to change my zigbee channel (from 19 to 25) and power (from 16 to 8) to improve my zigbee network reliability. Afterward, some of the zigbee devices reconnected and others had to be re-paired to the new network but was able to connect them all EXCEPT…

All of my inovelli blue switches refuse to connect to the network. I tried changing the network properties back to the old settings, I tried other channels, and tried rebuilding the zigbee network. All other devices will pair to the network but my inovelli’s will not.

I reset the inovelli switch back to factory default and put it in pairing mode. The hubitat recognizes it as the prior switch I had paired, but cannot complete the pairing process. I tried pairing without 3.0 repeaters and tried pairing with while exchanging keys in the clear. But nothing works.

The only thing I haven’t tried is deleting the old devices in hubitat and pairing reset switches with factory defaults as this would break the prior automations that use them and erase my device settings.

Any suggestions for how to resolve this?

Have you tried rebooting the Zigbee radio on the Hubitat hub? Not sure it would make a difference, but could be worth trying…

Thanks for the suggestion. Yes – did try rebooting the zigbee radio on the hubitat. Didn’t resolve my problem unfortunately. The strange thing is that every other zigbee device either automatically rejoined or could be easily re-paired to the network. I may try deleting the existing/prior hubitat device entry – that may allow the resetted blue switch to reconnect. But that will also delete all the prior settings and automations associated with the switch which will result in a lot of work for me to update them all. So trying to avoid that…

That’s definitely odd… Long story, but ~2 weeks ago, I swapped my channel and power (25 → 26, and 4 → 8), and all of my ZB devices (including Blue 2-1s and mmW) came through those switcharoos just fine.
