Here’s a weird one.. I have an Inovelli LZW31-SN dimmer that while it works and can be controlled - it wont post the event to hubitat for automations. For example, when you turn it on its supposed to trigger an automation to turn on another light. Up until a few days ago it worked great. You could see in the logs that it would post Light switched on and you would see the logs show the automation started. You could also go to the events tab of the device and you would see it… now it gets nothing - so as far as hubitat is concerned - nothing is happening. Even though you can control the switch via the hubitat app / web interface and the physical button works, and you can even use another trigger on another device to turn the inovelli on.. it will work.. the logs are absent. Also if you are viewing the events or logs, double taps, holds, etc used to show up.. now nothing. Any thoughts? I posted this with hubitat, but it most likely is an inovelli issue, so thought I’d hit here as well before I swap the switch out. So far I have pulled the air gap, factory reset, rolled back the driver, even tested voltage… Nothing. All other inovelli devices work as planned with similar set ups - so its got to be the switch?
What is your button delay set to? If you set it too low, the switch will not recognize the taps.
Well looks like it was the hubitat beta.. most recent .110 and it’s back.. kicking myself for not thinking it through…
