i just installed 4 on off at once. and i try to hold up and config for 20 seconds to get them into factory reset and pair the internet since i didn’t get it done when the power was turn on. The switch died after I do this and stuck on purple. Even a air gap off and on won’t help. I never see this before at other inovelli white i installed. is there any issue during i install？
From the Quick Tap settings guide:
If successful in factory resetting your switch, the LED Bar will turn Red (if it turns purple, you need to try again and this time make sure to hold down both the top of the paddle and the config button at the same time).
OP reported that the wall plate was keeping the config button from working properly.
