I have a lzw30-sn that has been use about two years now. It just stoped working.
using the rocker switch does not turn on the light. using Hubitat you cannot turn on the switch.
and yes it has power the small blue LED is on. also I tried a reset failed to reset …
I used a jumper connecting LINE to LOAD and the light comes on.
what is the nest step.

Did you try a power cycle either by the airgap or the breaker?
Also, when you say you tried a reset, are you referring to a factory reset and if so, how did you attempt it?
Reset. holding down button A for 30 seconds as described in the instructions.
No I did not try a power down. Now that the switch has been removed from the wall I will do bench test.

did a bench test and now it works! do you know why it shut down and failed to work.

I don’t know why. However, VERY infrequently, a LZW30-SN may freeze. I’ve had it happen maybe a few times with dozens of switches. All I did in that case was pull the air gap to reboot the switch.
I’m guessing your switch was frozen, so even attempting to factory reset wouldn’t work. Pulling the air gap to reboot it would probably have restored functionality.
