LZW30 can't switch the load off, relay still clicks but lights stay on

I have a LZW30 (amongst a number of other Inovelli switch including other LZW30) that has suddenly stopped switching the load – it controls some outlets with a couple of lamps plugged in and it’s now always-on regardless of the state of the switch, if I switch it at the switch or via SmartThings, I hear the relay click, but it doesn’t turn off the lights.

I can pull the air-gap and it’ll turn the lights off, but when I push it back in, they’re back on permanently (at least I can turn them off for the moment).

I tried a factory reset (hold down the Configuration button for >20s (and it’ll go red then flash the colors to blue), but that doesn’t fix it.

Any ideas?

Sounds like the relay fused in the on-position, if a factory reset isn’t fixing it.

How high was the load on it?

Not much, 3x LED lights – PSUs say 72W each. But yeah, does seem like it’s fused on.
