That seems to have resolved that one! It now recognizes the load which varies under different dim levels.
Nice, that is great. For the LZW30-SN try to pull the air gap, leave it out for a few seconds, and press it back in. See if we can get it reporting properly.
Iâve done that twice already. Once for a few seconds and once for like 20 minutes.
@EricM_Inovelli anything else we can try? Is there a different firmware I should be using?
Other than a factory reset, I canât think of anything else to try.
Can you confirm on the switch that it is a red series? It isnât possible that it is a black series with the red series firmware flashed on it is it?
confirmed, it is a red series LZW30-SN.
Also make sure you didnât load the black series firmware on it by mistake.
I donât have any black series, so I wouldnât have downloaded the firmware. I just tried to flash it again, but it wonât connect. Itâs only 30 feet from the Hub.
My only other advice is to try a factory reset. I believe this did work for another customer, but I canât remember for sure.
