I’m having problems with one of my new LZW31 dimmer switches. It was working originally, but then my HA system (Homeseer) reported that it couldn’t talk to the device. I’ve tried removing and re-adding the switch but neither operation works. When I do a range change on the device, the bar goes green briefly and then goes red. It’s in a part of the house were it shouldn’t have trouble communicating. The switch itself functions fine from the switch, I just can’t use it (or even see it) remotely.
Any ideas on what might be wrong or things I could try to ‘reset’ it?
