LZW31-SN Child Device Creation Failed?

I’m trying to set up LED notifications if my doors are unlocked. I am using smartthings.

I set up the LED notifications, and I understand that this is supposed to create a child device for me. However, I receive a message saying that the child device creation failed. What am I missing? I installed the device handler for the switch and nothing more.

@HardlineKid Did you install the child device file in IDE?

How do I do this? Apologies if it’s written elsewhere; I couldn’t find it
