I am having the same issue but on Hubitat and Red series LZW31-SN. Every few days the dimmers will be unresponsive but physically controlling them makes them work again. The switches are on firmware 1.48. Using S2 security
Is there an updated firmware for this dimmer that fixes the issue?
There have been a number of firmware revisions post 1.48. I don’t see anything in the firmware changelog that addresses your issue, but often not every fix is described. It probably couldn’t hurt to update your firmware.
I was having the same issue on my non-neutral units, but after a firmware update to the latest beta and capping the dimmer at 85% brightness a week ago, the issue seems resolved. My neutral units have been fine all along.
Great to hear @7rdr7 found a solution. Updating your fw to the latest is the best option and then to try other suggestions. Also, perhaps trying including without S2? This product is not being maintained anymore, but I never heard of a widespread issue like this on this particular model.
