Hello,
Just updated one of my Red Dimmers to Firmware 1.61, and the device is now unknown. I think this could be a issue with ZWaveJS but not sure yet. Just putting this up as warning for people. Because right now i cannot do a ota to 1.57 because ZWAVE JS thinks the device does not support it.

Try re-interviewing it. The zwaveJS database limitations are only within a firmware range or >= the firmware so it should use the data and parameters the same as 1.57 without any issue.
what version are you on?

Edit: I see you’re using S2. All of my have security=none.
yes, i just re added the upgraded node with no security and it working right
now, i am confused…after adding back with s2 it works like it should…
is it only one device or multiple? glad to hear you got it working.
so far, just one device! but that was fixed after adding back to the network
