I love the lzw 36 but have one major issue - the medium fan speed turns fan off. The low works and high works, but as soon as i set to medium it shuts down. any troubleshooting steps appreciated. CC
Sounds like your capacitor in the canopy module is dead. I’d send for an RMA replacement.
I would agree, if the LED bar is 1/2 lit and the fan stops then it’s likely a module fault.
