Mechanical issues with Blue 2-1 switches

I purchased several Inovelli Blue 2-1 switches in May 24 and we are now having issues with the mechanical part of the switches. Some of the switches don’t respond to about half the paddle presses while another switch never responds. Both up and down for all switches. Each press has a clear click to confirm the paddle is fully depressed. However, they still work fine via HA.

These switches were installed in the wall when purchased and worked fine for months. No physical or configuration changes have been made to the device.

I’m unsure where to go from here but I am concerned that multiple switches are having similar issues. Any help would be appreciated.

I hope you contacted support for this. The community forum isn’t going to be much help for warranty stuff.

For the one not working at all, did you verify the local control is not disabled?

Have you tried factory resetting the switches?
