Long time inovelli supporter. Bought 10 inovelli mmwave. Just started to install two and the first ones neutral screw plate can’t be lowered or raised when trying to screw it down. I went on the website and when trying to login to get help it just takes me to the order website. Who can I reach out to to get this addressed?
