My Blue Series 2-1 switch scene control doesn't work

Hello,

I have several 2-1 Blue Series switches and they all work well except for one.
Scene control does not work on any buttons for this switch. I looked in the application and no click detection seemed to work.
I’ve tried deleting it and reinserting it, but it doesn’t work.
However, it works well for switching on and off, and even the double-click to scale it to 100% works.
Control via the application also works well.

Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?

Try increasing the button delay

I’ve just tried setting it to 900ms, but it doesn’t work either.
I’ve already tried setting it to 0ms and then back to 500ms to try to reset it, but without success.

The status of the buttons never changes here. For my other switches, I see the status change when I click on the various buttons.
