Notification Issue, Notification not being turned off - Properly?

Yes, the thread is focused on SmartThings, but the failure of notifications to reappear after touching the switch is the main topic of conversation; I don’t think it’s been resolved, unless the new DH fixes it which doesn’t seem to be the case for me.

LZW31-SN Persistent Notifications

Hi all - I’m using 4 LZW31-SN (Red Series Dimmers) on Smarthings. I’ve set up a Webcore piston to activate different notifications on all the dimmers - persistent notifications to indicate my alarm state. The problem I have is when the light switch is pressed, or given a command from the hub, the notification does not return - it stays on the level of the light switch. This is correct - the green notification does not return after interacting with the switch. In the Smarthings Classic App, the notification still shows as “on,” but does not show on the switch itself.
