Packaging and hardware changes with Blue 2409 builds

I just received a couple additional Blue dimmer switches with build date 2409. These don’t seem to have the IEEE address stickers included and the back casing is blue now.

Very minor changes, I know. But is the omission of the stickers intended? Does the blue casing on the back reflect any other changes?

The blue case is aesthetic only. The IEEE sticker I will have to defer to @Eric_Inovelli.
