I have installed 5 of the White Series Smart On/Off switches, however one is showing phantom power usage. The switch is off, the amps and watts sensors show zero, but the kWh sensor shows a consistent usage. Screen shots attached.
Turning on the fan and the amps and watts show up reasonable values for the fan, so it appears that those sensors are working correctly, just not the kWh sensor. Factory resetting and re-adding didn’t change anything.
