Physical toggle of 2-1 switch not recongized in HA

I have a blue series dimmer via ZHA in HomeAssistant. It is in smart bulb mode and binded to a group of Hue bulbs (followed these directions).

I noticed yesterday that physically toggling the switch does not turn the light entity on/off in HA. When I toggle it, here’s the logbook entries in HA:

  • Office Lights Press - Up event was fired
  • Office Lights On event was fired

I have other 2-1s that work fine and when i toggle one of those, i get the above 2 logs plus “Living Room Lights turned on”

Before I just reset the device and redo all the settings and bindings, curious if anyone knows of a quick fix for this issue. Thanks!

I can’t answer your question directly, but have you checked the firmware versions on each of the switches to see if that might account for the differences you are experiencing?
