Red presence/mmwave dimmer reboot loop at near full brightness

I just received my red mmwave dimmers. I’m having an issue where at near full brightness/dim level, the unit will reboot (led bar goes off, then briefly turns on solid teal, then ramps up to previous brightness). If you leave the switch at 100%, it will get stuck in a reboot loop until you ramp the dim level down during power on.

I’ve tried swapping it in with a second switch, but observed the same behavior.

These are controlling some new LED can lights, the same lights that work with blue dimmers (I have many).

Wiring is correct as far as i can tell. I have a neutral wire available, black load and line wires are correct and not reversed. Red traveler wire goes to an Inovelli aux switch which is wired with only white neutral and red traveler.

I tried configuring Param 10 (max dim level) to 95% but the issue persisted.

Firmware in Home Assistant was listed as 2.0.0

I’m new to the red series and mmwave dimmers, what am I doing wrong?

This sounds like behavior that happens on a non-neutral setup when the bulbs consume too much power and the switch goes into a reboot loop. You should confirm your neutral is actually connected back to your panel.
