Red Series On/Off Switch - Physical switch does not work smart home system does

I have a smart switch where the physical buttons no longer operate the light, however the smart home system (Homeseer) does operate the light. I’ve tried resetting the switch but that did not fix it. Anyone have any ideas on something to try or is the Switch Likely broken?

Someone probably accidentally disabled local control. Press the config button 8x very quickly.

THANK YOU!!! I had the exact same problem (also a HomeSeer user) and this fixed it. My wife is happy again!
