I just ordered a Red Series ZWave Dimmer Switch. The button on the order page said it is backordered, but I can’t find anywhere that gives an ETA for when the order will ship. My order confirmation email did say it should arrive in about a week but Im not sure if that is just an automated date that may be inaccurate. Are these switches actually on back order? Thanks for any insight!!

Yes, our Red Series Dimmers are currently out of stock, but we are expecting a new shipment to arrive today!
Once that shipment arrives and we get everything unloaded and unboxed, we’ll begin working through our existing backorders before moving on to newer orders.
My best guess is that we’ll start getting newer orders shipped out by early next week. However, this is just an estimate, so I don’t want to promise an exact shipping date quite yet.
The delivery estimate in your order confirmation is automated and may not accurately reflect the backorder status. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
