I appreciate all the suggestions, folks. It’s definitely a hardware issue. I dropped in another switch in another room and it works perfectly fine.
I’ll reach out to Inovelli Support to see about getting a replacement unit.
Did a replacement resolve it for you? I’ve got the exact same issue. Button presses register nothing with Hubitat. Latest drivers, etc.
It did. Inovelli Support sent out a replacement right away and that worked exactly as expected.

Never mind, I thought I ordered a red dimmer and somehow Amazon said I ordered a black dimmer.
