I have a Hunter 23530-420 with 85112-04 receiver (not pull-chain)
Four motor wires: pink, yellow, gray, red. There is also brown to rf as well as black and white to light.
Multimeter: Pink+Yellow = 0Ω to each other, oL to gray and red. Gray+Red = 0Ω to each other, oL to pink and yellow. Can’t check the others without removing the wire plug.
The original boards have four capacitors: 1.8, 4.5, 5, and 6µF
I have replaced the Hunter module with an Inovelli VZM36 and connected via ZHA — the light works, but the fan doesn’t spin.
I have tried (1) just pink to vzm36 red. (2) pink, yellow, red, gray to vzm red (3) pink & yellow to cap (1.8µF) to vzm red and grey & red to neutral.
Any experience, thoughts, or recommendations would be appreciated.
