I was away for few days and when I returned all of my inovelli switches were frozen. None worked locally or remotely except for my one inovelli switch that was on hubitat. All others were on smartthings. Now after the air gap pull the switches worked locally and remotely but I could not exclude or include them. I have to hold the config button for 20 seconds to reset them which allows me to exclude and reinclude. So now all my inovelli switches are essentially off my network since I had to factory reset them. Anyone else seeing these issues? Something is just wrong. I did have a power failure earlier in the week but this shouldn’t cause this.
