What’s the process for opening a support ticket if/when we don’t receive a shipment notification by tomorrow?
I would just be patient. I’m sure that Team Inovelli is 100% focused on getting these shipments out, and opening a ticket will only give them more work.

In Eric’s email titled “White Series 2-1/Dimmer Switch - Shipping Update” sent July 28, he explicitly included the following note:
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email by next Tuesday (August 6th), then please let us know.
I’m sure the team is doing their best to get these in customers’ hands, but I also understand that logistics are challenging for any company, let alone a smaller operation like Inovelli, so I figured this CTA was as useful for them (e.g., mistaken order history) as it is for me (yay new switches).
Inovelli insider tip - Any time that Inovelli gives a time estimate, you need to multiply it by Pi to find the actual date.
I’m not expecting to see a shipping notification before Friday, but will be pleasantly surprised if it happens earlier…
The shipments are still underway, so if you have not yet received a shipping notification, that would not be anything to be concerned about. If you have not received the notification by the end of next week, inquire then.
So pre-orders started in November of 2023. I started from there and am working my way forward. This is literally me, by myself - doing 6000+ units of preorders. I think righ now I’m nearing mid to end of March.
I am HOPING to be done by the end of the week, but I also have to take a bit of time off Thursday for stuff with kids.
One of our customer service people just returned today so hopefully that should help speed some of the process up.

You should have your tracking today! I’m doing all the filling of March orders now and will get to start printing labels for April orders today. Those should be filled tomorrow.

I received my first tracking on Friday, but it is still showing as pre-shipment. Will the packages be sent out soon, or are you waiting to finalize all orders?

If tracking was printed Friday it should have definitely gone out by now - just might not be scanned in yet by UPS or USPS. You can PM me your order number if you want and I can look it up!
But as of now basically everything has been picked up for all the orders through March - there are maybe 30 orders still here that will be picked up tomorrow.
Yeah, I screwed up here and didn’t check with Courtney on how long it would take and put her in an awkward position. I didn’t realize the amount of time it would take for her to tackle this. It also slipped my brain that one of the customer support guys was on vacation so she’d be doing this solo for a few days. He returned yesterday and has been helping her, so hopefully it will speed things up.
Really sorry about promising the switches sooner – I’ve learned my lesson to always check with the operations boss (aka: Courtney) before making any sort of guestimate on shipping timelines! I’ll stick to making pretty White Series pictures and writing tutorials.
