Just got my red series mmwave switch and added it to Smart things. When i use the edge driver, it doesn’t pull up a settings menu, and it seems that the mmwave features arent available. If i use a generic zwave driver, then i can see the settings, but clearly it isn’t playing right?
Can you post a screenshot of your driver page from the device card?
Also, is the settings menu completely missing from the three dot menu? I find that occasionally for some reason, the settings menu temporarily disappears and then mysteriously shows up quickly thereafter.
Look at the “information” page for the device (same menu as driver selection). If it shows all zeros for the device, it didn’t pair correctly and there won’t be a fingerprint for ST to identify the appropriate driver.
The settings menu for a number of Inovelli devices disappears for me occasionally. I don’t know what causes that. Typically, the menu reappears in short order. Could be the same thing for you.
