White 2-1 and Hubitat

Installed my first White 2-1 switch yesterday. I am using a homepod mini as a tbr and then connecting to hubitat. Is there an Inovelli specific driver for the White’s in Hubitat? If not, what device type should I use? @mamber @EricM_Inovelli

@Eric_Inovelli FYI - when I received my switches I was sent an email with links to setup guides, but most of the links including the Hubitat one are broken.

The generic matter drivers in Hubitat should work.

I tried that. I was hoping that there was a driver that would allow you to change the configuration options like you can on the Blue 2-1 switches. Doing it with button presses is painful.

Unfortunately that’s a limitation of the Matter spec currently. It doesn’t support configuring parameters from the hub.

We have a beta driver that one of our community members created that supports most functionality. I think he was going to post it up as soon as he fixed a bug or two in it.

@Shadrach So most things are working in this great community supplied driver:

I think the only thing that is missing is scene control, but I have worked with the Hubitat devs and they will be releasing a Hubitat update that will fix a bug in “event subscriptions” (which is what is causing scenes to not work).

Thanks a lot @jvm33 and @EricM_Inovelli the new driver is working great. I will be adding more Whites this week and the driver will make configuration super quick. i look forward to future updates. any chance you can add ramp rate to the list of parameters?
