Just installed my White series + dumb with neutral on Samsung Smartthings. Everything works great with one minor annoyance. It seems like there are 2 on-modes with 3-way wiring. The lights flicker when dimmer is at 100% on one of the on-modes. It goes away when I reduce the dimmer to 98% or less. My work around at the moment is to keep the dimmer at 95%. Does any know if there is a permanent fix for this? The load is 5 LED bulb for approximately 50 watts. . . These are my first inovelli products and I love them. Very thoughtful design and well built.
You should be able to adjust your max to 98 or 95 and it will become your new “100%”.
Thanks for the idea. I reduced the max to 95% through local configuration. The lights still flicker when the Samsung Smartthings app shows 100%. I factory reset the switch, pair with the Smartthings app, and reduced the max to 95% through local configuration twice to make sure I did not mess up but the results are the same.
Hmm that doesn’t seem right assuming the settings were saved to the switch. I’m not familiar enough with ST or the White series. Hopefully someone here can provide steps to verify the settings took.
It turns out I did not properly reduce the max to 95% through local configuration. I was not using the blinking LED bar to verify. Everything is good now. Thanks for getting me down the right path.
