White series dimmer switch & dev beta 1 iOS 18.2 = 3 configurable switch now showing up on Apple Home app Home Screen

As the title states, I have a developer account for Apple and installed dev beta 1 iOS 18.2 earlier this week.

My 2 white series switches are still working fine in HomeKit but now the 3 configurable switch button shows up on the Apple home app Home Screen even if I have the toggle off for 'add * home. That is undesirable to me.

I noticed on my wife and daughters iPhones who are on prod 18.1 they thankfully do not show the same behavior.

I also understand I’m on a developer beta, especially 1st one in the series. So I expect to have issues, but just wanted to make the community aware of what I am seeing right now.

If you haven’t already, suggest you post the issue to feedbackassistant.apple.com. My experience is its a 50/50 chance they respond (at best), but at least its a chance.
