White Series Dimmers have stopped working

I’ve started replacing dimmers throughout my house with the White Series Dimmers. 8/10 of them are working great but two of them have stopped working completely. Initially they just dropped offline but you could still control them by the manual switch. However, eventually they’ve both stopped working completely and I can’t even turn the lights on any more.

I’ve tried to reset them but there’s no response or light changes. Also the light bars are still working but I can’t control them at all. I use HomeKit and Home Assistant.

Any idea what could be the issue, or should I just reach out to support for a replacement?

#1- did you try to turn off the breaker or pull the plastic tab to reset them?

#2- If you did the above step already then yes, I’d contact Support for rma replacement. I had to that with one of my white series switches. I just requested an RMA (right from their support site and it automatically shipped me a new replacement switch and then it included a return label to send my broken oe back).
