  • Remove the Mode Selection Cluster from EP1 and EP2.
  • Remove the private cluster from EP1.
  • Add EP20 through EP26 with the Device Type set to Mode Select. These endpoints include the Descriptor Cluster and the Mode Select Cluster. For details, refer to the Mode Select Endpoint List.
  • Upgrade the protocol stack to Matter 1.5.0.

Just curious if this has been released to the production DCL, to allow Apple Home upgrades. - The Beta has been out around 7 weeks now, and I haven’t heard of may problems - so was expecting this to start the slow process onto the Prod DCL, or have there been additional updates/problems that I’ve missed?

We started the process a few weeks ago and are still waiting for the CSA to move it into their review queue. After that happens I would expect an additional few weeks.

Thank you for your patience! I looked into this for you, and here’s what we expect:

VTM36 - tentatively testnet Sunday or Monday, Home Assistant and Apple Home next Thursday.

Hi everyone, the release of VTM36 has been delayed at least 1 week as we found some improvements that we would like to do some more testing on.
