White Series - Homekit & Thread Read/write operation failed

The switches were really well designed and I was impressed with the build.

However, I have an issue with getting them to work with Homekit. I was able to pair with HomeKit but after pairing it says “No Response” and am not able to control it in the app. I am able to see it in my Thread network in the Eve app but it gives me an error in Eve saying “Read/write operation failed”. Does anyone have any idea why?

What home hub are you using? Specific model of the device

I am just using an Apple HomePod mini.

What HomePod OS version is your HomePod mini on?

I could be wrong but I believe you need at least 1 Apple TV as a home hub.

Any HomePod or HomePod Mini can also serve as the Apple home hub…

It’s on 17.6

Is the HomePod mini on the same WiFi network as you are adding the switch?

Did you try restarting your HomePod mini?

How far is your switch from the HomePod? How many walls in between?
