White series smart switch for under cabinet kitchen Fluorescent lights

In the kitchen we have under counter lights connected to two switches. Some of them are still fluorescent F13T5 but have been replacing with LED plug and play replacements: 4 Pack T5 21 Inch LED F13T5CW LED Replacement Bulb F13T5 LED 9 Watts 920 Lumens Cool White 4100k 120V F13 T5 13 Watt Bulb - Amazon.com

What would be the right replacement smart switch? Would the dimmer one in on/off mode do it?

The proper switch is the soon to be released on/off switch. You cannot use the dimmer with a light fixture that has a ballast.

Even in the on/off mode, the dimmer is still a dimmer. For this application and the exhaust fan that you asked about in another post, you need a true relay based on/off switch. However for the exhaust fan, you can also use the fan switch, although that is probably overkill for an exhaust fan.
