Turn Off White Series LED Bar

I don’t use Whites, but as I understand it, all of the hubs have limited access to parameters at the present. This is a constraint of Thread/Matter and not the hubs. This is still early adopter stuff (IMO). Hopefully the hub capabilities will improve with age.

TL;DR: it’s a matter spec limitation currently affecting all hubs. Matter doesn’t allow for custom parameters yet so only a small subset of Inovelli’s are within the standard set.
