White Series Switch completely frozen

Yesterday evening, one of my 5 Inovelli White Series became unavailable according to data in HomeAssistant.

Today I’ve been trying to factory reset the switch but nothing happens when I press the top paddle and the config button for 20+ seconds. It just stays on the faint blue LED light. Pulling the air gap tab doesn’t help, it remains powered.

Are there any options that don’t involve switching power on/off (I don’t have access to the breaker box to do that)?

How did you install the switch if you don’t have access to the breaker box?

Living in a shared home where only the other tenant has access to it. I had to coordinate with them to be present and turn power off when I installed it. I will do the same again here if I cannot do otherwise, but it is not as straightforward as if I had direct access to it.

I don’t have a white to test, but at least for the blues and reds current gen, if the switch is in the Smart Bulb Mode or has local control disabled, you’ll need to revert those before you factory reset.
