What Z wave / zigbee platform is everyone using? Home assistant ?
I have been using Hubitat Elevation for several year and am extremely happy with their solution.
It is local like Home Assistant and has a great and typically very helpful staff and community.

I’m also partial to Hubitat (though I have Home Assistant around for testing as well).

hubitat for zwave and zigbee… home assistant for dashboards and bluetooth integration
I am using a Hubitat C-8 after originally using their C-7 version.
I feel they have made great strides over that time in the interface to make it easier to use

I’m using Zigbee2MQTT to manage my 150 Zigbee devices, Hubitat to manage my 10 Z-Wave devices as well as Google Home integration and Node-Red for all automations.
I’ve been using SmartThings for many years, way before they were purchased by Samsung. With around 110 devices, It’s been a great platform for me. It was a bit rocky right after the buyout, but I’ve been pretty happy and don’t feel the need to move to another platform.
