Which version of HA are you on?
I’m on 2024.5.4. My ZHA section has:

zigpy_config:
ota:
inovelli_provider: true
sonoff_provider: true
It found the update & upgraded all my switches with no issues.
so maybe I was just being impatient? I woke up this morning and Home assistant was showing that it had an update… so I updated the switch! thanks!
