Group 2 should also be associated. That allows the on-off and dimming times to both be used on the associated device.
The parameter 59 no longer exists in zwavejs so explaining how to set that parameter won’t make sense to anyone. It was a bug in zwavejs causing it to show in the first place
It is divided into parameters 59-1 and 59-2.
